David Letterman, Oprah Winfrey and Jay Leno surprised Super Bowl viewers Sunday by appearing together in a promo for CBS' "Late Show With David Letterman" during CBS Sports' coverage of the game.

The spot--shot last week at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York, where "Late Show" tapes--featured the trio sitting on a couch watching the game.

"This is the worst Super Bowl party ever," Letterman grouses.

"He's just saying that because I'm here," Leno responds.
